1. Objet
Les présentes conditions régissent la vente de cartes électroniques et prestations associées par heliolocal (entreprise individuelle Stéphane Rosso, SIRET 484 271 499 00036, 45 rue Charles de Gaulle, 02500 Hirson — contact@heliolocal.fr) via le site heliolocal.fr, à ses clients particuliers et professionnels.
2. Produits
Les produits sont des cartes électroniques fabriquées de façon artisanale, à la commande. Ils sont décrits avec soin ; photos et illustrations n'ont pas de valeur contractuelle.
3. Prix
Prix indiqués en euros, toutes taxes comprises. TVA non applicable, art. 293 B du CGI (franchise en base). Frais de livraison offerts en France métropolitaine, sauf mention contraire. Les produits sont facturés au tarif en vigueur au moment de la commande.
4. Commande & paiement
La commande s'effectue en ligne. Le paiement se fait par carte bancaire via Stripe (prestataire sécurisé) ; heliolocal n'a jamais accès à vos données bancaires. La commande devient ferme à la confirmation du paiement.
5. Fabrication & livraison
Les produits étant fabriqués à la commande, le délai de préparation est communiqué à la commande ou sur demande. Livraison à l'adresse indiquée ; le transfert des risques a lieu à la remise du colis.
6. Droit de rétractation
Le client particulier dispose de 14 jours à compter de la réception pour se rétracter sans motif (art. L221-18 et s. du Code de la consommation). Le produit doit être retourné complet et en bon état, frais de retour à sa charge ; remboursement sous 14 jours après réception du retour. Pour l'exercer : contact@heliolocal.fr.
7. Garanties
Tous les produits bénéficient de la garantie légale de conformité (art. L217-3 et s. du Code de la consommation) et de la garantie des vices cachés (art. 1641 et s. du Code civil).
8. Sécurité & responsabilité
Les produits raccordés au réseau 230 V doivent être installés par une personne qualifiée, selon les règles de l'art et la notice fournie. heliolocal ne saurait être tenu responsable d'une installation ou d'un usage non conformes.

10. Droit applicable & litiges
Droit français. En cas de litige, le client adresse d'abord une réclamation écrite à heliolocal. That's exactly what we do for you. The box arrives prepared, with your equipment already declared and a dashboard that makes sense from the very first screen. You plug it in, it works.

What you receive
- A compact, silent mini-computer from a recognised maker, to sit near your router. The exact model appears on your quotation — we favour widely available machines, easy to replace and to upgrade
- A 10-inch wall-mounted tablet in kiosk mode: it boots straight into your dashboard, full screen. No browser, no desktop, no icons — it's a control panel, not a tablet you unlock
- A smart plug that looks after the tablet's battery. A wall screen stays plugged in permanently, and a battery held at 100% continuously swells within a year or two, eventually lifting the display. Here Home Assistant cuts and restores the charge by itself: the box protects its own tablet
- Home Assistant installed, updated and configured with your equipment
- A dashboard designed to be read by the whole household, not just by whoever installed it

Will you depend on us? No
- This isn't in-house software: it's Home Assistant, an open-source project used by hundreds of thousands of households, with a huge community and public documentation
- You get full access to your own installation. You can change anything yourself, call in someone else, or take over entirely
- There is no subscription, no licence, no key that expires. If we vanished tomorrow, your home would carry on working
- We sell time and know-how, not dependency
After commissioning
- Hand-over support is included: the first days are when the questions come
- Adding equipment later is always possible, quoted or done yourself
- You stay the owner of your data: it never leaves your home
Remotely too: we work on site in the Aisne region and nearby, but the box can just as easily ship configured anywhere. What can't be done remotely is electrical wiring — for that you need a professional near you, and we provide the diagram.

Air conditioning control — datasheet
An interface that brings an air conditioning unit into your home automation, locally: temperature, mode, setpoints and status, without going through the manufacturer's cloud.
It connects to the communication port the manufacturer provides for its own accessories. The original controller stays in charge of defrost cycles, safety cut-outs and timers — we send it instructions, we never replace it.

LiFePO4 battery 12 V — 314 Ah (4 kWh) — datasheet
A 12.8 V lithium iron phosphate battery built from four 314 Ah cells in series, for roughly 4 kWh. Hand-assembled, compressed, balanced and tested before it ships.
What sets it apart isn't the chemistry, which everyone uses — it's what you can see of it. Its BMS talks over Bluetooth and RS485: Home Assistant reads each cell's voltage, the spread between them, the temperatures and the cycle count. You're not watching a four-bar gauge, you're seeing the real state of your battery.
How many days of autonomy
- 5 days with no recharging at all — and that isn't a calculation, it's a reading taken in a van
- The conditions: compressor fridge, four LED lights for three hours, roof fan for four hours, one hour of television, two phones charged, plus standby draw. About 640 Wh per day
- Autonomy is worked out on 80% of capacity, never 100%: claiming more would be selling you paper

- 105 Ah — about 1.3 kWh — nearly 2 days
- 150 Ah — about 1.9 kWh — nearly 2.5 days
- 200 Ah — about 2.6 kWh — about 3 days
- 280 Ah — about 3.6 kWh — about 4.5 days
- 314 Ah — about 4.0 kWh — 5 days (the model offered here)
⚠️ Watch the type of fridge, it decides everything. An absorption fridge running on 12 V draws around a hundred watts continuously: on its own it empties a 314 Ah in a single day. Those fridges are meant to run on gas when off-grid, and on 12 V only while the engine is running. Many vans end up with a flat battery believing the battery is at fault.
What you see in Home Assistant
- The voltage of each of the four cells, and the spread between highest and lowest
- State of charge, current in both directions, temperatures
- Accumulated cycle count — the only real measure of a battery's wear
- All of it locally, over Bluetooth or RS485. No account, no server, nothing leaving the vehicle
What's inside — and why we tell you
- 314 Ah LiFePO4 cells from a recognised maker, EVE or CATL depending on supply, new and top grade. The exact brand and batch numbers appear on your invoice
- A JiKong BMS, better known as JK — a proven reference, with active balancing between cells
- A battery comes down to two parts: the cells and the BMS. The rest is a box
- Many keenly-priced batteries name neither. When a seller doesn't say what went inside, the question is worth asking
Build
- IP67 case, stated range -20 to +60 °C, built-in handles and protected terminals
- Cells held under compression, as prismatic cells require
- Full balancing plus a charge and discharge test before dispatch
How long it lasts
- The cell manufacturer states over 8,000 charge and discharge cycles, with 70% of capacity still available at that point
- To picture what that means: even fully emptying and refilling it every single day, that is over twenty years. In a van used a few weeks a year, it will outlast the conversion around it
- And that is exactly why we name the cells. Eight thousand cycles is the specification of new, top-grade cells. Downgraded cells will never reach it — and nobody could tell you, since nobody told you what was inside
- The figure and the name go together. Either one alone is worthless
Options and other capacities

- Other capacities (105, 150, 200, 280 Ah) and a 24 V version: on request
- Pricing tracks the cell market, which moves several times a year. A quotation is valid for 30 days
Delivery
- Collection possible at Hirson (02), France
- Shipping: a 25 kg lithium battery falls under regulated transport and is quoted per address. That is why it isn't sold in one click — ask for the quote, the answer comes quickly
⚠️ High-current DC wiring: a properly rated isolator, protection and cable cross-section are essential, and the battery must be secured in the vehicle.
Before choosing a capacity: tell us what you run and how many days you want to last. Sometimes the right answer is a smaller battery and one more solar panel — we say so when that's the case.
